Rhonda went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I thought a realtor could even do.
I definitely know she did more for us than most realtors would have. She was our realtor for both buying our new house and selling our old house. Thanks to her quick availability and flexibility, we were able to secure our dream home. She has so much experience and knowledge that allows her to know what to look for when buying or selling a house. She really knows her stuff and will advocate for you if needed. Not to mention, she is a great negotiator. When our new house needed painted, she coordinated it and reached out to our new HOA for approval. If we needed a quote on new windows, she had someone out to quote them the same day. The “job” really did go past closing for her because the weekend we moved in, my daughter had to go to the ER due to her asthma and the amount of dog hair in our new house. Rhonda again went above and beyond helping us with this. She gave us recommendations and even called the owner of an air duct place to help get us an appointment as soon as possible. She deserves a 100/10 star rating and couldn’t recommend her enough.
